Pet Surgery
When your beloved pet requires surgery, we recognize the potential stress it may cause. Our priority is to ensure the procedure is as smooth as possible for your pet and to provide you with straightforward post-operative care. We commence all surgeries or anesthetic procedures with a thorough pre-anesthetic examination. Prior to administering anesthesia, we conduct pre-anesthetic blood work to assess your pet’s health status, enabling your pet’s veterinarian to tailor the safest and most effective anesthetic protocol.
Throughout the procedure, our experienced veterinary nurse closely monitors your pet’s vital signs using advanced equipment, including blood pressure, ECG, blood oxygen levels, and CO2 measurement. We take extra precautions to minimize discomfort post-surgery, such as employing smaller incisions whenever feasible, handling tissues gently, and ensuring a cozy recovery environment. Additionally, we offer laser surgery for many procedures, and when appropriate, we enhance post-operative pain management with cold laser therapy.
